My experience with customer service:
I placed an order and immediately after placing the order I noticed i had the wrong address of where I wanted the order to go. I then followed directions on how to update address nd since I noticed this immediately after placing order. I knew this order had not been processed so it would be fine to just request an update of address on the existing order without canceling. Unfortunately, this never happened and order was still shipped the wrong address. An effort to correct the error was initiated but order was still being sent to the wrong address. We got a credit for this error however this messed up my plans as a cutoff tine was missed by this error. Would I order again yes because the product are good but you need to improve on your service. Double check everything before finalizing and order. Thank you.
