World's most famous spotting website

Although it's one of the best spotting websites in the world, I think it's kinda bad. Quite frequently screeners reject photos without any particular reason

I tried to upload a PNG then it said I needed to upload a JPG so I converted it to JPG and then it said that I needed a minimum of 250KB so I converted it and then I it said I had over the maximum file size like WHAT?
