The staff is very friendly and helpful! I don't live in Calgary and use this insurance company that is how great the staff is as well as the rates are! I have 2 teenage boys who are new drivers and Jeff Cooke Insurance will not be beat for their rates! Thank you!

The people here are very nice, down to earth, & extremely accommodating I love them. They're like a 2nd family to me. The receptionist is exceptional here as well as all of the staff that work here.
They don't pressure you into anything & they clearly explain everything to you in detail. I insured my car here & will do so for as long as I live here. I wouldn't go anywhere else to be honest & I would recommend anyone looking for a good company to insure under to come to this branch.

Well I was trying to write a review on Google but I couldn't access my account properly. So I wanted to make sure that my review was seen somewhere. In a nut-shell moved here from BC and went with a Competitor of Jeff's based on convienience so I thought... needless to say sone under-writers up and pulled the rug out from my insurance needs. Quick call to Jeff's office and in no tine was looked after promptly and professionally.
