Several times over the last 2 years, I have been High Bidder and the item awarded to a "Ghost Bidder" with no name or winning bid shown on the Bidders List... I keep getting some Bulls--t replys... This time, they claim it doesn't show the winner because "Jauce" placed the bid... But they won't do it for me...I am just about through bidding with these Lying Cheaters who are obviously doing favors for someone else...
Here is the auction -- My bid was for ***** yen...They claim, but cannot show or prove, that another bidder beat me at ***** yen...Where does it show? Nowhere... And Jauce can not give me a straight and true answer...=------------

This has happened on more than a few Listings, and only on "Desirable Collector Lures"... And I know of several others that have had the same happen to them, 2 fellows I know have stopped using the cheating, lying service known as "Jauce"...
I have bought multiple items from this service. Very trustworthy. Items are very well packed and always safe, never damaged. The website is super. Can find out any information about bidding and transactions very easily.
This is my second of many future purchases from your site. May I say you're handling (packing) department is top notch!
These item are usually very fragile and one of a kind in most cases and they are handled that way by your shipping department hats off to them!
The platform is clear and perfectly working.
The communication, even if overseas, is quick and responsive.
I would like to use it again (especially for Yahoo Japan Auctions) but, although there's an expenses calculator, I've noticed many fees aftewards the auction was won. The final amount was a little bit more consistent than the expectations, especially the 10% fee that Yahoo Auctions took was not mentioned on the FAQ i previously read.
Anyway timing, packaging and the product I bought were exactly as I supposed to be.
The packaging is very good and carefully made. I would like to make one more addition, I know that it is not Jauce.com's fault, but it must be mentioned in this way as well. The auction: g********** - https://www.jauce.com/auction/g**********
The product has arrived with a major defect, broken inside. The seller did not specify anything about this as having a broken clutch inside.
In the product description from Jauce auction, the seller specified that the product is "unused" (ITEM CONDITION)!
I am very disappointed with this incidence.
I hope I can recoup some of the money given on this (now) museum piece.
Thank you Jauce for your promptness and professionalism.
I live in Denmark and i have bought things from Jauce 4 times and every time i was surprised how excellent all the things was packed.
All the things was first class.
I have 100% confidence to Jauce and the things i have bought there and will buy in the future.
All the best from here and 5 star is not enough.
Kind Regards Henning Nielsen
This is about the 13th package that has been sent to me. It is amazing how each one has been carefully and professionally wrapped so that I receive it so well protected. Thank you Jauce and those who do the wrapping.
At first I was a little bit skeptical as to if the item I was bidding on would be legitimate and if it was and I won auction of item would shipping go smoothly. Well I won the auction and everything went as smooth as it possibly could go! I already received my item and it was packed very secure. Sometimes Jauce took about a day to respond to my questions but that's because Japans time is different than US. So if you're in US and using Jauce I want future customers to be aware of that. Jauce will answer your messages and questions in understandable english. Thank you Jauce! You helped me find and squire a rare and one of a kind car part that I have been searching for for months!
This is the 7th package I have received and I have also used all delivery options now. Packaging has been exceptional in all cases and all items look like they have always been packaged with care and attention to protect the items.
A friend who collects Japanese antiques recommended me Jauce.com website. Although I used other companies in the past, Jauce was the best "buying from Japan" experience ever. Their packing for fragile items is excellent. Besides, the customer service is always friendly and helpful.
Answer: If you check on their site, you're aware of their fees.
Answer: I think that the best way is to look at prices from Ebay, Discogs etc and then compare them with this alternative...
Answer: From a tip that a friend gave me, and that after he found some really rare Japan CD's.
Answer: Fee is for the shipping cost from the seller to the Jauce.com warehouse. Then you have to pay additional shipping fee from their japanese warehouse to your doorstep wherever you live!
Answer: You pay a shipping fee for each item to go the the warehouse in Japan. Then you pay a shipping fee to have it sent to you. There are many other fees, but only 2 shipping fees.
