Depending what you're looking for, their offers and sale prices are phenomenal as well. On top of that, their customer service is extremely responsive, helpful and genuine.
I've noticed that most of the negative reviews for this shop are misleading - if you simply read through Japan Best's policies and shipping pages, you will understand why these buyers alone are at fault and the shop isn't liable. All of my orders this far have arrived safely and timely.
