I recently placed an order using a promo code that they provided. The promo code didn't adjust anything on the price but shipping was free when I placed the order. Then they charged me $131 extra for shipping without my authorization. The box would normally ship for at most $15-20 within the US (even for the longest distance). When I contacted them, nothing got adjusted. That was clearly a ripoff. Today I checked my credit card statement. They keep charging me small amounts that you wouldn't notice ($5) for the same invoice for no reason. I'll keep opening disputes with my CC company. Stay away from them unless you want to experience similar fraudulent transactions.

If you are looking to buy in bulk for resale I do not recommend Entertainment Earths distribution department. I have never been treated so poorly. You cannot return damaged products and you cant cancel orders even though they arrive weeks after expected. They will charge you an outrageous fee. They do whatever they want without having to take responsibility for anything they do.
I paid to be a part of an outer protective box program, so they charged me for the outer box, did not put it in the protective box, the items arrived damaged, and they only gave a 5% discount on them. THEY ARE UNSELLABLE and they only gave me 5%

I have given them chance after chance but the continually let me down and cost my business money. Horrible
