This is my second time dealing with Itailor.com, first was ok but second time, this time, I ordered 5 shirts and 7 suits. They are 3 sizes too big for me. I've contacted them and they requested photos, I sent them photos, they said they would work out the issue. Its been almost 7 month, I have oversize clothes I cannot wear and no sign of anyone in this company that seems to care. Almost $2300.00 later, im stuck. Don't make the same mistakes i made. Buy local where you can return the items if the fit is not correct.
NEVER AGAIN!
Ordered 2 suits. 1 of them the pants came 4 inches short of what was entered into their site. Rather than send new pants made to the proper measurements. They tried to get me to buy a new pair at 50% off. The owner when he noticed his staff had made a poor judgement, called me from Thailand. He made everything right. Great response to the issue.
Following previous review the owner got in touch and ultimately gave me a refund on the items that did not work out. They once again proposed to make the suit again but as I had no confidence in this a refund was done. Great that they honoured their regard for customer satisfaction but unfortunately it takes a honest but bad review to get them to this stage.
They took over $500 for a tux and sent me a joke. The suit jacket body was shorter than the arms and they refused to acknowledge this could be a problem. Complete rip off. Rest of the fit was silly and not in line with the measurements given. They took my money and stopped communication. Stay away.
Shortly after posting my review, I got a call from Bob, the owner. He immediately had them redo my shirts and sent them to me. I just received them and they look great.
After the quality of service I got from Bob, and the quick resolution to the issue, I'd probably be ordering from them again

I ordered 2 shirts from them for my wedding. For some reason they added 5" to the hips, which makes this weird flare pop out from the sides. Customer service is refusing a refund even though their own policy "we add an allowance to the chest, waist, hips areas of 2-4 inches for slim fit". They didn't make any of the other measurements any bigger, just the hips. All they offered was to remake the shirts at a discount, which wouldn't be arriving in time for my wedding. I don't think I'd order from them again.
I love the shirts have been getting them for over 10 years can't complement them enough if there is anything not quite right contact them direct and they bend over backwards to help you in any way, the quality of the materials and construction is se ond to none. Thank you for being there.
I have just received my second order from itailor both were brilliant quality at a great price and both were delivered in less than six weeks to the uk. I am already planning my next order and would gladly recommend this service to my best friend...
I ordered a 44R navy suit. Ups said it was delivered but I never got it. They open an investigation and never heard from them. Fortunately, Itailor contacted me and sent me a second suit, free of charge, this time through DHL and I got it yesterday. I'm very pleased with the suit, excellent fit.
Update: "Bob" the "owner of the company" called and woke me up in the middle of the night promising that my refund would be available in my account first thing this morning and asked me to edit my negative reviews. You know what wasn't available first thing this morning? That's right, my refund.
I used the online tools to take my measurements and then order a completely custom suit. The technology seemed to work fine. When my order was complete, I realized that even with the $100 rush fee the suit would not arrive in time to meet my needs so I immediately cancelled the order through their customer service portal. I received an email stating that the order was cancelled but they have not provided a refund and have been unresponsive to my follow up requests. I would have certainly used their services in the future but not after the theft of funds.

I Have made two purchases of trousers from iTailor so far and will be ordering some jeans next. Cannot speak highly enough of the service received. Quick delivery too.
Picking the right style and detail was simple due to iTailor's well designed website, which functions really well and allows changes to be made quickly and easily. Choosing the right fabric took me a while because there is so much choice, but the site saves your measurements so reordering was pretty quick.
I didn't necessarily expect to get a pair of very well made & perfectly fitting trousers online at a good price, but life is full of surprises!
I ordered my suit February 2 in hopes to get it early for my buddy's Wedding. I went to a seamstress and got measured correctly then proceeded to order "the black" suit for 390$ cad. I double checked all my measurements by following the videos and made any small adjustments or differences. Once I received the suit today I tried it on and the shoulders were too small, the length was too small and the material felt like something from H&M. This suit felt as if I would've bought it from a cheap consignment store. For 390$ I might as well go buy a Hugo boss suit jacket. I am extremely disappointed and now have to spend hundreds of dollars and an expensive suit that feels cheap, just for the wedding. Would not recommend.
