They took my money for a patent search and I never heard from them again.
They told me the search could not be completed and that a refund was not available because of the way they process payments.
And that was the last I ever heard of them.
They have been a great help to me. Explaining how to develop and protect my idea.

Please can you make contact with the company through any of our standard channels, as it is unclear what can possibly have happened in this circumstance.
There is absolutely no question of the company ever keeping money for a service that was not undertaken for or not provided to a client, so we are of course keen to get to the bottom of your allegation and refund your money if what you say is true.
What you are alleging to have happened is a simple matter of theft. To be completely clear this is not something that Innovate would ever engage in, in any circumstance.
