IBM was once a great company with the best customer service in the world. Their decline started decades ago but their products and customer service really went down the tubes starting around 2010. Smart US-based call center reps have been replaced with reps in India. Most of their products are a poor value compared to competitors. They might be responsive to huge companies that spend tens or hundreds of millions of dollars each year but for anyone smaller, you can find much better value elsewhere.
It's still the greatest company which has revolutionized the computing market.
I just want to express my gratitude for those things these guys have gifted to the world. Hardware, computers, other kinds of electronic computing techniques. All those things appeared only due to the efforts of this company back in the day. Nowadays it seems to be an "eminence grise," as I completely have no idea what they are busy with today.
But, props to it, anyway.
Very bad experience with Segpay. I was robbed os 210 euro and they do'nt replay to my request to be refund
I had a 12 month internship at IBM. This was highly rewarding and I would recommend to anyone looking for invaluable work experience in the field.
It's one of the unprofessional, unethical IT company I worked for a few months and I strongly recommend staying away from this company as I had a very bad experience.
Have some devices and products from IBM and really it is reliable and trusted. The IBM cloud storage still the best till now
