I ordered my kit on July 9th and it is ridiculous how much time it is taking to get my order. I tried to cancel after 10 business days since the email said it would ship within that time frame and customer service said they couldn't…end of story. The next day it says it was shipped, but that's a lie because according to tracking, the status is "pre shipment" which it's been for 9 days now. I purchased this product well in advance in preparation for my birthday party next weekend and I have no clue whether I'll actually get it in time. Hismile needs to do better! The product better work after this awful experience, but from the looks of the other comments, it's probably gonna be a disappointment.
First! You have to complete a form and get approval for a return! $#*!ty! Customer service! What customer service? How do you sell a product and no customer service? In my opinion the product sucks! Hismile is a terrible company. My order was delivered. I have written them five times. They take multiple days to respond. Do not buy from this company.
I bought one of the sets for my daughter. She is very happy but shipping could have been faster. Otherwise quite good.
