I am extremely dissatisfied with the poor service provided by Trax.pk, a parcel delivery company. My Nayapay debit card was supposed to be delivered to my address, which is in a service area. I had clearly mentioned the landmarks and nearby locations to ensure smooth delivery. However, the rider called me and asked me to come to the city, which is 8 kilometers away from my house. When I refused, he became rude and said he couldn't waste his time delivering the parcel to my home. This is unacceptable behavior. I filed a complaint with Trax.pk, but they simply responded by saying they had forwarded my complaint, without taking any concrete action. As a customer, it's not my responsibility to go out of my way to receive my parcel, wasting my time and fuel. It's the rider's duty to ensure delivery to my doorstep.
