I originally sent in my dna activated kit on 4/14/18.
Hearing nothing I called the website for help, all the woman told me is that she could not find it. I then wrote to their customer service dept and Bobby answered, he found the error and ask me to re-enter my activation code. End result the lab is working on it now and my results should be ready before the end of the month.
Bobby really cared about my problem and solved it!

I am so impressed with the service. Especially Cristina who is very empathetic. The site is easy to use and so exciting. I am in touch with several dna matches and hoping to match up our trees very soon

I had called heritage.com in inquiring as to why I am only getting information on one side of my family and instead of an explanation I Was told to throw my test out and that I am Getting a full refund that is not what I asked for I did not ask for a refund I asked if they could explain to me why Im only getting information on one side of the family your customer service representatives are rude

Heritage.com helped me discover ancestor names, I never thought Id find. What started out as just mere curiosity, turned into a journey I have enjoyed immensely.
