Hennasooq

I tried to place an online order; however, their site would not work (would not let me enter any payment information). I notified customer service of the issue. Though customer service did not respond to my inquiry (even weeks later), they started sending me THREE marketing emails EVERY SINGLE DAY!

I requested to be unsubscribed from their mailing list and though they claimed to have done so, I continued to received these emails. I contacted them a second time and finally the emails stopped.

Be careful with giving these people your email address. Even if you don't actually place an order, they will spam the living shell out of you and will be slow to remove you from their email list afterwards.

I have ordered from them in the past (quite awhile ago) and had a good experience. It's sad to see how far hennasooq has fallen.

My biggest mistake!

I ordered some stuffs to try from Hennasooq but ended up with disappointment.
1. Their shipping is super slow. It almost took more than 3 weeks and when I emailed them about it they said it is mentioned on the website which wasn't there before I make my order! I always check and make sure the shipping date before I make any purchases and I did the same thing when I order the stuffs.
2. Since their service was slow I didn't want to try their product and want to send it back. They told me to give it back to the post office not even explaining about the returning label. They were suppose to give me the returning label but didn't and the post office ASKED ME TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING! I spend almost $90 for their product to try them since I have been using organic hair products from Calia Natural and want to try some other brand but it didn't work out well.
I hope my review will help for others and if you want to use organic products, I will definitely recommend Calia Nature instead of Hennasooq. Their products are super good and delivery is super fast and have a fantastic customer service!
