Megan was fantastic in helping me install and activate a new modem/ router ('surfboard'). She helped me with my connectivity issues, and she explained what she was doing throughout the process. In the end, she had everything neater than when she'd arrived.
No one showed up or called after two appts. One which was scheduled days prior. Don't waste your money. Refunds take 4-7 weeks for check or 2-4 for PayPal rescheduled for next week and told that's not guaranteed
The tect answered all my questions took his time explaining. He was efficient and professional. Very courteous. I would definitely recommend this company
