I have a Life Source monitor for several years and needed to replace the cuff. I saw Heart Rate Monitor and was able to order the arm cuff at a very affordable price. In my hurry I ordered the wrong measurements and when it arrived I contacted the vendor and they responded immediately. This was amazing and they sent me a return label the same day. I was able to get the new one within a timely fashion. YES I will use them and tell others.
I have now bought two monitors from this site. The first was very basic and the price was super so I thought I would try it and I wasn't sorry. They have great prices on the Polar brand which I highly recommend. I use them at least three times every week and they are holding up, plus I am really pleased with the speed of delivery and the price I got.

I purchased the polar m430 from this company for $160. I purchased selected this watch in black but received it in white. No worries right? Wrong! I called customer service and was met with an angry, combative, hostile Jennifer who insisted on arguing with me instead of any resolve. I insisted on speaking with someone willing to resolve the matter. I was told by Jennifer I couldn't speak with anyone else right before she hung up on me. This behavior is atrocious! I am immensely disappointed and disturbed by the level of disrespect and hostility I received as a customer. I urge you to think twice before doing business with this caliber of company. Being a small owned business doesn't give you the right to treat your customers as nasty as you do. Shame on you. I will be returning their product for a full refund.
I received a response from one of the owners Craig who offered a long excuse and defense for his employee's behavior. I wasn't expecting anything less than this response as I too had done further research and learned that this is his typical response.
