Gsou Snow

I ordered a ski suit and pants from this company. It didn't fit me it takes them forever right back. Then they make me fill out a form. One of the questions is they're asking for my weight and they want photos of me wearing the item in order to return it. First of all when they shipped it, it shoved in a tight plastic Packing not in a box. And they're giving me a hard time to return it. In fact once I received it the same day I asked for a return. This company is disgusting.

Never seen such a blatant attempt at wringing every penny out of a valid return. They will use every trick in the book to avoid paying you, even if you do eventually jump through all their hoops to get return information.

Awful company… just AVOID.

Do not buy from this company, they do not allow returns even with their 100% satisfaction guarantee BS. I have been in communication with their rep for 3 weeks and they will not give me their address to return the item!
They are based i China, so returns are expensive too. Go else where for your purchase.

DO NOT BUY! Sizing is off (my daughter is size 4, the LARGE bib barely fit) and they would not return items. Offered $25 for me to keep the 2 ski pants I spent $300 on that I cannot use. Told me I had to pay $$ to ship to China. Also got "expedited" shipping promised in 3-6 days and package arrived after Christmas 11 days later. Very frustrated with terrible customer service and poorly made product.

I bought an all in one suit using the size chart and it was way too small. The measurements were not correct. I emailed to say I wanted to return it and they kept encouraging me to keep it and buy something else at a discount. They told me I would have to return it to China and pay for it and I confirmed I wanted to return it. Then they gave me an address in the US to return it which I did (at a cost of $50) and I received confirmation that the parcel has arrived but no word and not a cent from the company and they are not replying to any of my emails. I have complained to the ACCC and will do what I need to to make sure the business repays me. I would never shop here again and would not recommend that you do either.

The customer service was horrid. They wouldn't answer my emails. I ordered a
Gsou Snow Brand Women's Colorful Fur Hooded Windproof Ski Jacket and will not buy again. Beware of the size chart, always order a sizer larger than you think you need. Very unprofessional, will be doing future shopping elsewhere.

The return policy is a SCAM. I emailed them to return an item and got a lengthy email back about how it came from china, has to go back to china, and with COVID and tarriffs that I would have to pay for, plus I would only be refunded a small amount (about 10% of what the item cost), they questioned whether I really wanted to return it. BS about the package being shipped from China (the sticker on the box it came in says Kansas City, KS. Last I checked, that was US, not china). And there is no where on their site or social media to be able to write a review/complaint.
