Grizzly Vacation Rentals

We rented a property managed by Grizzly vacation rentals for our anniversary. It looked nothing like the pictures advertised! The cabin was dark and dirty. The cabinets and bathroom smelled moldy. The carpet, walls, and dishes were sticky. Grizzly vacation rentals were also very unresponsive. When we finally got through to them, Grizzly vacation rentals offered no apology, took no responsibility for the poor condition of the rental, and refused to provide any sort of discount of compensation. Very disappointing!

Grizzly Vacation Rentals is a dishonest company to avoid at all costs. They make you sign a 5-page ironclad contract before confirming the reservation to protect themselves. Once you realize you have been scammed and the property you are staying in is not at all as advertised, there is nothing you can do. Grizzly Vacation Rentals won't pick up the phone, return voicemails, or answer emails about your complaint. You will be on your own after you sign their rental agreement. Don't fall for the fancy pictures and sign the contract. You have been warned!
