Missing Order

I ordered parts in August 2022 still waiting they have never replied to any of my many Emails or my many Faxes I have sent them not a single reply so I am left with one option to contact PAYPAL and try and get my money back AVOID them I have been looking in my spam folder and I took the fax number from the contact details?
