Terrible return policy, rude customer service

If you buy a clearance item, you cannot get a refund. Even if it is defective. Be aware, and shop at REI who will refund anything up to a year. I learned my lesson, and will never order from this store again.
There was a response from store. I stand by my reason for returning. Just be aware, that if you buy a clearance item, you are stuck with it, making ordering online risky.

Paula, As explained multiple times before we are happy to refund or warranty defective or damaged items.
