The customer service from this company is awful. They are China's company. They are not based in the USA, so communication is challenging. I would not recommend purchasing from this company. I lost a component. I order one replacement but I don't receive the accessories a month after my order. They lied two twice.

The first time, they claim that "They have arrived at U.S. customs and going through clearance. Estimate the clearing process to take around 7 business days You will receive a shipment notification email containing tracking information." After two weeks, I still not receive it.

The second time, after I urge them to follow up the process. They claim that my order should arrive within four business days and give me a tracking number. I use a tracking number that they get me to monitor the status and expected delivery date. I discover FedEx didn't receive the package to transit. This means they didn't give the product to FedEx for delivery. They only create a label for the record.
