So I signed up as Insane Jane thinking that nobody would bother with free internet advice from an Insane Jane. Well the senior members accuse everybody of being guilty or wrong. Maybe 09% of the info is correct.
Most of the threads are written by 3 of the seniors. It's so obvious when you ask them a simple question and they can't answer it.

Full of toxic bullies.
December 11, 2019

These folks are a click of toxic bullies. Not sure who the moderators are but if you put one of the legal experts' in their place, your post will likely be deleted. It's not a forum where credentials are verified nor is it there as a means to facilitate productive and enriching conversations.

Site of losers
June 18, 2019

Disgusting power hungry members. Probably, some losers who do not have any customers in real life and want to feel themselves valuable there. Some member 24/7 there and clearly don; t have a real quality life. The site is. Absolutely no productive or helpful and waste of time. Instead of answering the question, they will behave like some jerks asking the stupidest questions not related to questions. Plus, they disrespectful re. Your privacy when you ask to delete the question you found an answer. They will not do it. Let you feel there like you a prisoner who doesn't have any rights what to do with own posts. 0 stars from me.

There are a handful of people who give out advice. From what I can discern it's mostly judgment about the poster and less advice. I think there are few good gems buried in all the junk.

I responded to a thread that was more than a few years old. The responder was aggressive and rude. The thread was closed out within an hour of my posting to it! It's kind of insane to see that level of acrimony. I was debating whether or not I should post a question but I changed my mind after that experience and after reading their reviews here.

I think anyone is better off just calling a lawyer and get a free consult. These legal internet forums are just platforms for an insult :p

This place is a cesspool! If you want to be degraded, bullied, ridiculed, insulted and if you dare to speak up, banned, the site is perfect! There's nothing legal about the whole thing and the site is used to push people towards sleazy lawyers that pay them to be advertised. Protect your privacy and never share information with anyone from that site! I was literally told to go kill myself by a "volunteer"!

From my perspective
October 2, 2020

What I see often is that posters like the rest of every one else makes choices and some times those choices are not wise. As to many of the people who reply to questions some may not be Lawyers but have reasonable knowledge of how to accomplish legal goals BUT in all honesty many issues require a Lawyer because they are just too complicated for a net forum. BTW I know the moderator does in deed admonish users who have not followed the rules since I was admonished regarding a reply. In my past.

Waste of Time
April 28, 2016

Unless you're doing research on cyber attacks and bullying, because the forum is run by a horde of "senior members," whose sole purpose is to personally attack people, no matter the moral content of the question. In many cases, moderated forums would not tolerate such behavior, but on freeadvice.com, the moderator is ineffective. They took down the thread I posted when requested, but it appears, they are doing nothing about the horde, because they continue to attack innocent posters for no reason other than they are pitiful people that can.

I have asked a couple of questions on this forum and every time I get a response members always try and judge my post and they never answer my questions until I demand that they do. They always state that I believe there is more to this story your not telling me. In my past post I had a senior member who stated that my statements supported by evidence are opinions everything that he said was not supported by any evidence and was based solely on his feelings. https://forum.freeadvice.com/threads/what-to-do-if-a-company-destroys-video-evidence.******/ https://forum.freeadvice.com/threads/can-illegally-obtained-evidence-be-used-in-the-absence-of-evidence.******/

Not Credible
April 17, 2018

This site takes down positive reviews of companies. I watch my company's online presence and we had three customers write positive reviews and they removed them and then dropped us down. 5 stars. They also allow inaccurate information all over this site. It's not credible!

Was hoping to get a serious evaluation of what people would think that a judge would decide in my case. The "senior" members just repeatedly posted personal attacks and reworded each of my posts in order to suit their own illogical replies. Complete incompetent idiocy.

One senior member literally posted, "What OTHER driver? And what exactly do you mean by liability in favor of? You already said that Geico determined that the other driver was 100% at fault." They posted this after I wrote an entire paragraph talking about the driver of the vehicle that collided with mine. And another paragraph talking about how GEICO determined liability in favor of the other driver.
