Frame Destination

I had previously ordered from another online framing company and it was a disaster so I was a bit worried ordering here. Worry not! I had close to 30 items and they shipped in less than a week. The shipping was super reasonable since I had some larger size items, including glass, and everything was packaged carefully to perfection. I cannot commend them enough for how great they do with their fulfillment processes. I will be ordering from them every single time moving forward!

I've used FDI several times, and they're a great company! Their frames are of great quality, the shipping is fast, and the customer service is top-notch.

Once I screwed up my order. It was totally my fault and it was a rush job so for all I know they had already started preparing my order when I realized my mistake and called them. But they made the changes with no questions asked.

Frame Destination is a source for frames and framing materials of all kinds. The Web site is complex, but powerful (the two usually go together!). My husband is a photographer, and we use them exclusively now for all his shows and our gifts (I do the framing). Frame Destination has gone out of their way to solve problems, speed up orders, and generally provide some of the best customer service I've ever encountered. Yay for them!

The canvas floater I received from Frame Destination was great. They communicated that there may be a delay due to the current pandemic but there wasn't a delay at all. I received my frame within less than a week. The quality was top notch and the communication was great. I made a mistake while ordering in the system, and only caught it after the fact. I emailed asking if I could change the color, and a customer representative reached out within an hour and quickly remedied my mistake. Very happy with my purchase and customer service.
