We've dealt with many "lead vendors" and marketing cos, especially in CA, and these people are one of the few good ones. Where's that 10 star rating when you need it? Reliable, dependable, delivery is never an issue. ROI is there. Literally nothing more you can ask for from a lead vendor. If you aren't getting the numbers they are very upfront about, trust me, its not the leads. It's your sales reps. On that note, FLM has enough instructions to provide on how their leads should be worked so your reps can make it happen. Or prove that they are wasting your money and hit the bricks. They really do approach it from a "Your success is our success" angle which is the added bonus; Great customer service. Christina has been my main point of contact. She's always just an email away and really knows how to take care of business. In short: Keep on doing what you're doing FLM!
