Placed my order on Jan 6th, picked up my new 9 pro XL in store the 14th. Some times things just take time. I'm good with that. No complaints. Read a lot of negative reviews, had none of those issues. Will be using again. Thank you!
Er service. Rep hang up call twice. I've been trying to order an item for over two weeks. They processed my refund on an order because it was out of stock for store pick up. I tried ordering the same item via ground delivery, and cannot get past the check out page. I called to resolve the issue, and while asking questions about the continued long ordering process, the representative couldn't answer, and decided to hang up. I called back, and i guess it was too much work pressure for the same rep, so he hung up. Weird.

I got tires on my car not filled out an application in which i had the correct account information on, the first payment they tried to charge an old account and continued to do so, so now I'm 400 in the hole and they won't take off autopay... I was scammed big time!

1st time buyer, I was a bit skeptical. Transaction with way better than expected. Got my product in mail today. Very fast shipping, quality products only thing that could have made this better was if I received automatic updates throughout the process. The information is available though, you simply have to log in to view. Overall very good experience

Once again they have failed to provide tracking information or and answer of where the items I have already paid for have not arrived. I am due to make another payment on Friday. They just keep saying wait 24 hours for the ticket to be answered. It has now been two weeks of fighting for answers. They blame the vendor. If that's the case then use a different vendor. Especially since when I placed the order it said it would ship from flexchoice. Which I'm assuming is run by FlexShopper. This is unsatisfactory and very poor customer service.

I have called customer service and have sent them an email. When I call them they say im like 300 in the que so clearly they dont answer the phone. This is a scam and rip off. Ive already paid and Im scared that they will take the money out my account for the next payment without me receiving the items. The website wont even allow me to take my card info off. I will be issuing a dispute through my bank and blocking them from any further purchases. Im so glad I didnt put my main card and account on there.

Answer: I place my order all happy. Then after receiving my confirmation I went online to look at the reviews of the company and to my surprise I was very disappointed at all the reviews and people complaining about not getting their packages and things like that.So I called and asked to cancel my order they said that the order has already been sent in. And "they sent a request to cancel the order" and if the order gets delivered to my house they told me to reject the package so the person sending it can send it back to flex shopper. Pretty much like every story is on here. But this is where it gets interesting... upon reviewing the contract. Besides all of the extreme interest rates at the very very bottom there's a document which entitles you to cancel your order within three days of the initial purchase. That's funny because over the phone they had told me that the cancellation request might take up to three days. So this is where it got even more weird, I was so infuriated I YELLED at them. I even said "the contract states I have three days to cancel the order, what games are you trying to play?" they still told me i was stuck. I threatened them. And then with in a few minutes they took my order off, so they can process the cancellation right away they were just trying to get me to get it delivered and at that point I would be stuck with everything. DONT BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT WONT LET YOUR RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS. READ THE AGREEMENT!

This person doesn't want to get caught up in a scheme of not getting what is paid for, broken merchandise, or late delivery. This person is basically asking if this company is legit and if all the negative comments are just hope you idiot.
