Ordered a battery from them and though it was defective, I was only refunded half of the price I paid. I also had to pay for my own return label. This company shouldn't be considered legit.
Fast shipping and a flawless transaction – exactly what you want in a cellphone part seller. Highly recommended!
With fast shipping and top-notch customer service, this seller has earned my trust. I will always recommend them!
Quality is paramount, and each component I purchased lived up to its promise. Quick delivery and responsive customer service make them my first choice for cellphone parts
Reliable and efficient! I'm thrilled with the entire process. The website is user-friendly, prices are fair, and the part arrived ahead of schedule. Quality and service that you can count on
The part exceeded my expectations, and the swift delivery was a pleasant surprise. Trustworthy and efficient!
Five stars aren't enough! This seller offers a superb selection of cellphone parts at competitive prices. I recently purchased a replacement part, and not only was the ordering process seamless, but the product arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommended
Vividx screens are good quality. But stay away from refurbished screens. They try to dump them on you if defective.
Bought a replacement phone screen, and we're talking within the same minute of installing the new screen it broke easier than a tortilla chip. That is no exaggeration either. Contacted customer support who obviously said too bad so sad. Literally just flushing my money down the toilet would have been money well spent by comparison. Will never buy from them again.
They send you faulty or broken products, then require you to pay the return shipping on it. Absolute scam and I'm not the only review having this happen. Did a chargeback to get my money back from the rude, unintelligent staff.
A few months ago I ordered an iPhone XR screen hoping to repair it myself so I purchased a nice one from Fixez.com. I received the product and installed it, upon turning on the device I noticed that there was a pressure mark in the screen. I removed the screen and processed a return, paid for shipping, and sent the screen back hoping for a replacement. I heard nothing back so after a week I called them (they rarely answer the phone) to inquire about my screen that I needed replaced as they had sent me a burned unit. The answer I got was that upon inspecting the screen they refuse the return because they don't believe they can sell bad units. Many calls and complaints later still no resolution. They took my money, sent me a broken part, and refused to replace it. This is as good as theft to me. If you care about good business practice and a responsible company, this isn't it. Do not buy anything from them.
This company is one of those who their interest is make money no matter what. I make a purchase on September 9 I did review many times the item cuz I wanted to be sure gets the right parts for what I need, they told me that part was ok for what I need, but was wrong. I returned, they make me pay for the return, I paid $5.99 for shipping and on top of that they charge me 3.99 for "restocking fees, which is a robbery, I tried to dealing with them, but they refused to help I'm not recommending make any purchases on that "company"
This company claims a strong quality and refund policy, but these are both fraudulent, as they do NOT honor them.
In my case: I purchased an LCD screen in July 7,2021 for $86.19. I succesfully installed the screen, and it worked fine for 4 days. (Yet the company claims I damaged it in handling). Then, after 4 days, a purple spot appeared on the screen, and the spot continued growing ever after, so I ordered another screen from Fixez.com (since this was my only phone) to replace it with.
Again, installation was successful. But again, after a few days, many purple spots appeared (much more than the first screen). At this point, I lost faith in their quality, and ordered a third screen from a different supplier. That screen has been working perfectly for about a month now, so obviously I know how to install screens without damaging them. And obviously the quality is much better than the 2 screen I bought from Fixez.com.
Fixez refused a refund based on false claims of damage upon installation. They never sent any evidence of such. Unless you have money to throw away on defective products, I strongly advise against Fixez.com
They never sent a tracking number until I emailed them about it and when they did respond; The package was delivered 9 days ago and not in my possession. So it was either stolen or lost and when I told them about it, they didn't seem to apologize or seem to even care. I ordered another package and asked them to send me tracking number ASAP so this wouldn't happen. I don't recommend buying from them, take your business somewhere else where they care about their customers.
Had a phone screen for a Moto G8 Power sent over that didn't turn on. Of course, I found that out after the install was completed by a certified retailer. Now they won't accept it returned because it needs to be sent back in new condition, which I told them was impossible to do since it needed to be removed from my phone. So I'm stuck with a defective piece of glass and ribbon cable that I paid $50 for and no way to recoup my costs and my phone repair job just ended up costing as much as my phone.
I ordered two screen protectors for my new iPhone SEs and 1 for my iPad air. All three came well packed and unharmed. I installed the iPad protector and it was great. Good price and intact arrival However, I ended up with the iPhone SE (from 2016). Their customer support is email only and very insensitive to their clients. If you have any problems with your order, may God have mercy on your soul.
I purchased a part for my Pixel phone that was listed on their website as compatible with my specific phone model. When I tried to install the part, I realized it was not the correct part. The part would not fit at all (it was close, but a distinctly different configuration than the original part). After too many emails exchanged with customer support, they finally offered to take back the item - but only if it was brand new condition. Well, I had tried to install the part, assuming that their website information was correct, and in doing so, I used the adhesive backing, so the part was no longer new. I will find a more reputable and trustworthy source for my parts from now on. Overall this was a waste of time and money.
I ordered an iPhone 6s Plus screen when it arrived it was missing connections and had damage to the screen I shipped it back (paid for shipping myself) for an exchange or refund and was told I can't because of the damage it arrived with so now I don't have a screen for my phone and I'm out the money I paid for the screen and shipping
I paid them 350$, i have all the tracking numbers and all these, but my package never arrived, when i tracked it, it said out for shipping for 8 days, i called them asked them they said it is not their business, they wont sent any replacement for me and just hang up the phone
Definitely stay away guys, definitely, i swear no bigger scam than fixez
Answer: My experience is they are a scam. Messed up shipment them kept shipping fee on refund.
