I had to give these guys a great review as they were very kind at my lack of technology prowess when it comes to hardware. I get refurbished phones so didn't know exactly which case size to choose and ended up choosing incorrectly, so when the items came, they didn't fit. I was disappointed as I waited a long time for them (they are coming from across the pond). I contacted support and the support personnel was friendly and followed up a lot. In the end, they kindly sent me the right size phone cases and now I know what the appropriate size for my phone should be! They have fun designs, so I'll definitely be ordering more, especially since they went out of their way to help me.
