I hate this company,never,ever try order wheels and tires from this company, they start lying from day 1 to media i looking for azara wheels, the sails person told me yes we have in stocks told him ok i buy it,next morning he told me, sorry we don't have it but we can backorder ok i pays full amount money and start waiting, after 3 month waiting i call them back,tjey told me, great news we have your wheels, we need inspect, and send to you it fake a week, ok im start waiting again after 2 weeks i call them back, we sorry but you need go back and waits wait 5 month and nothing.customer service is terrible,finaly i cancelled my order, call to mr wheels company, this guys great, they delivered my wheels and tires in one month,again never try fitment industry.
Sent me $1000 worth of defective drag radials and refused to do anything about it. Notified them the day they were mounted and discovered they were defective. Provided documentation from the tire shop and pictures and they still refused. They have no quality control. Go somewhere else.

In the case of a warranty, all claims are the direct decision of the manufacturer and each manufacturer may have different requests for information about the claimed issue. I ordered a set of 1" wheel spacers. After waiting a week to arrive on the slowest shipping possible, they sent a set that was chipped, looked like it had been dropped. Also wrong size. They sent 1.5". After a week of slow communication, not wanting to wait another 3 weeks to ship the wrong part back and then wait to ship the right part, they agreed to ship the correct part if I signed a contract and paid a dollar deposit in case, I did not ship the wrong part back they could charge me. Reluctantly signed, then they stated there was an inventory issue and multiple complaints from customers on the same issue. It would take time for them to confirm if they are actually stockiing the right part. I let them know I was not impressed and wanted a refund. Ordered else ware and showed up in 4 days. Don't waist your time with these guys. They may have a quality part but would not know. Customer service is not oriented towards please customers.

I have seriously been waiting forever to get my wheels and tires. First, they took my money and didn't even have access to the wheels I wanted. Now that I have selected a different set, it has taken nearly a month to even get them close to shipping. However, they have sat on a shipping dock for 5 days and haven't moved. I wish I had bought from someplace else. I could have ordered from the manufacture directly and gotten them a lot faster.

I wanted a set of wheels for my wifes car but wasnt sure what size and offset would work, Joe from fitment industries was extremely helpful in making that choice. He even recommended what size tires to install on the rims and they offer free mounting and balancing. I would not hesitate to buy from them in the future.

Shipped my wheels but one wheel was missing a center cap. Had to call them to get another one. It was noted on the invoice BEFORE it shipped that it only had 3 center caps! Why would they even ship the order if it wasn't complete? The center cap shipped from the manufacturer and an order has been placed but has shipped yet. There idea is out of site, out of mind. When I called to see where the center cap was or if I could get tracking, it was simply put that its up to the manufacturer to ship it.
