Fish-Street

Don't order from Fish Street. They are quick to take your money and slow to ship your package. Been over ten days since the order and still no shipping movement. Emailed them twice, no response. Opened dispute on Paypal and they finally write back. They lied and said they responded but that it went to my spam. It didn't. And then they basically told me to shut up and don't bother responding. Stay clear.

I've trusted them for a while and bought a lot of items from them. But now it's safe to say that they are knowingly selling defective equipment. They lie, they don't honour warranties and have bad service all-round.

Purchased a dct 8000 with stray voltage brand new, they made me cancel my claim and pay 65$ for a replacement. After they sent a fake tracking number and never sent the pump so they could get my claim canceled on paypal. Don't buy their junk.

Bought a jecod cp40 crossflow pump in 5/2016, red light of death 8/2016. After many many emails back and forth they finally sent some new parts, but they made me pay shipping. 1/2017 pump making horrible noises, cleaned with no improvement. Looks like the bushings are bad. Multiple emails again and they now want me to pay $45 for replacement parts. Pump is piece of junk and fish street does not support their product.

They advertise goods as being shipped from UK warehouse. In stead they ship from Hong Kong and it takes forever for goods to arrive in Europe. Avoid this classic scam.
