Sometimes last month I was defrauded by fidelity.com of about $10 thousand dollars, this money was meant to be invested to get a higher pay. However I never got any pay and not even a refund instead I'm constantly been lied to and promised dates that eventually get changed every time. Along the line I came across litigateondemand they put me right back on track and legally got back all my money from fidelity, they are the best at what they do and I am impressed
I am sending this message to report unfair treatment. Just a few days ago I was receiving commendations and reassurance from Fidelity for being proactive and reporting a scam from a job offer and Fidelity seemed on my side. Now as of today, checking my account and talking to agents, I find that my accounts have been closed without notice and that is the so-called "right of Fidelity" without explanation. I fight it despicable for someone who was a victim to continue to be further subjected to complications from someone who was supposed to be fighting on their side. I was nothing but honest and called Fidelity as soon as I thought there was an issue. I took measures to safeguard my account and Fidelity as I moved through the process and testing the waters with this job.
So how is it, that I am the one who ends up punished? And then told that I can only appeal for a POTENTIAL restoration after 16 and POSSIBLY have access to my funds? That I don't even have the right to contest immediately? It is around the holiday season and I deposited a check that I am waiting for to clear.
I was also in the process of rolling over my IRA from my previous job, but now that this has happened, I don't even want to have ties to this bank anymore.
I have been a customer of Fidelity for many years. They have not been able to set up their system, so that it will take the phone number of my country (11 digits including country code), which in general had not been a major issue besides not being able to set 2FA.
Since yesterday, their system would not let me log in, unless I re-verified myself, which I did today in the morning. Spent almost 20 minutes on the phone. I tried to log in again this afternoon, and, again, the system would not let me log in. System said to verify myself again. Spoke with another representative. She said that from now on, I HAVE TO CALL THEM EACH TIME I want to log in, to get a security code. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.
As a non-resident alien, it is not easy or convenient to switch/and or open new accounts in the USA. That is the only reason I still have my account with them. Fidelity %$^*%%&%&%.
There is NO charge from my cellphone operator for the 800 calls (overseas call), but I still have to spend between 3 and 4 minutes everytime I need to get a security code to log in. ANOYING...
Fidelity Investments is a sham operation. They choose to close any account they deem not worth their time because that account is not making them "enough money", and they will not notify you at all before closing the account. If you have money left sitting in that account, when they close it without telling you that money is gone and you cannot ever get it back. Every single human should stay as far away from Fidelity as possible. I was able to get most of my money after I filed a claim with wellnessreclaim.com and I got my money back within some days..
I received a 9-18-24 email from my bank letting me know my account is very low. I check and found 3 unauthorized deductions leaving me with ($35)

I called my bank immediately and the representative explained that Fidelity had taken the money. Fidelity in my investment co. And I have a credit card with them. Like the transactions above, it ends in 5310. I called Fidelity immediately and spoke with a delightful young lady from Cameroon, Africa who could see the transactions. As we were talking I could hear her typing saying she is returning the money.
I called Fidelity again, 9-21-24, but the representative could not see the transactions, and was overly sensitive about my demeanor, so I asked for this Supervisor. She was more sympathetic and gave me the USPS address on the Headquarters office in Cincinnati, OH. I quickly sent them a typed notice.
I think someone improperly programmed the automatic withdrawals. We could see the supervisor turned that off. But that doesn't help me short term. Fidelity is very hard to contact. My account currently has a $12 balance, but my bank sent an email that my $399 auto payment is coming due.
It could be the other Fidelity staff could not see the transactions because the lady from Cameroon removed them to return to my bank, but I don't know that.
I went to buy a cheap stock like others I've done previously. I got hit with an extra $50 charge on a.49 stock. They said it was a foreign charge and that it told me before purchase. It didn't say anything different than what I've read a bunch of other times.
Even if it wasn't going to them, they enabled it.
I've used fidelity for a while, but now I don't trust it.
Customer Service representatives are not trained properly. They do not understand the problem and do not know their own systems to provide solutions that work. They do not give ticket number for each problem so at the end of the call you leave without a fix and no idea of is/when the problem will be solved They fail to return calls. The management is aware of many issues but is ineffective is setting higher standards and meeting them. Very bad experiences
In a regrettable turn of events, I found myself duped by this broker, losing a substantial $40,000 investment. Despite my desperate search for assistance. After filing a case with the MULDELL staff, I was able to get my withdrawal and avoid having my money and profit embezzled. You can give them a Try and Never regret.
Fidelity bought the company my mom worked for
H. E. Neumann Company and then fire her after she got into an accident that put her in the ICU even after coordinating with them a day she could come back to work they fired her two days before she was able to come back per doctors orders
Highly disappointed in these guys. I thought they were genuine untill i started to see how shady they were when i dealt with thier terrible customer service. I lost few thousand bucks to them
Answer: Expect to wait on hold for 15mnto 30mn and get nowhere when you get someone on the phone.
