I am quite an experienced trader and have traded with many companies before. Recently decided to test Aza. Well, what can I say? So far, I have not seen any delays in the execution of orders. The spreads are tight and do not widen during the news. Support does not respond as quickly as I would like, but I received answers to my questions. I deposit with a card and already withdrawal funds to this card. Let's see how this company will behave in the future, but so far I'm satisfied with everything.

I like that they open orders without delays. I trade on the news, so it is important to me. The spreads are low. I withdrawn funds twice, these were not large amounts, but everything was fast.
It is not convenient that MT4 advisors do not work because there is a different programming language.

So far this seems like a great broker and I have no complaints. Excellent in terms of spread and slippage.
Their customer portal interface has been recently updated and I think there is room for improvement (eg show deposit/withdrawal history).
Also, contact is the very easy and very helpful and friendly staff. My questions are answered in a couple of hours mostly and they keep the relation personal by providing a personal account manager. Funny to read some of the negative reviews, mostly people are losing money by overtrading, gambling, and then blaming the broker. Also, there are times when spreads widen and you shouldn't be trading, just before the end of the day, do your homework people before blaming your broker you should know that price doesn't have to hit your SL but it can be taken out by spreads.

I recently trade with Azaforex, but as long as I was happy with everything.
If I have any questions, the support always answers on time. The web version of the trading platform is the most convenient for me. I do not need to install anything on my PC. I can trade even at work when I have time. The platform is fast, the spreads are tight, and Bitcoin is available for trading.

My experience of trading with this company is not great, only a few months.
I used to only trade on MT4 but easily started trading on their Mobius platform. I prefer trading on the news, and they have my orders executed quickly, even during the news release.
On this platform, I see economic events right on the chart, which is very convenient. I do not need to switch to other pages to follow the news.
I like the possibility of exchanging funds between accounts.

My main criticism with this company is the customer service, and the extremely slow withdrawals. Initially, they are very friendly and provide exceptional customer service during the time period where you initially set up. But, after that the customer service is subpar especially when it comes to withdrawals. They advertise on their website that withdrawals are processed within 1 hour during business hours, however that is not the case. It is going on two weeks, and I still have not received my withdrawal. It seems that if it is low amounts that you are withdrawing then it will go by quickly, but for higher amounts it takes days. Additionally, it is extremely difficult to get in contact with someone who can answer your questions. It may take about 4-5 attempts at communication before getting in contact with someone, and when you do get in contact they will only provide you non answers. To give you an example I asked them when is the latest that I can expect to receive my withdrawal and there response is "we are working on processing it as soon as we can", which doesn't answer the question. Just prepare for a headache when you withdraw you fund, and best of luck to you if you use this broker.

I've been using Azaforex for almost a year now and overall, I've had a positive experience with their brokerage service. One thing that sets them apart from other brokers is that they provide receipts for trades, which is a nice touch.

Their customer support is also quite good. While many brokers use automated bots to handle customer inquiries, Azaforex still has real people answering the phones and emails. I've always found their support team to be responsive and helpful.

Recently, I had an issue with tracking my stop loss due to an error. I reached out to their customer support team and provided screenshots of the issue. Within 24 hours, their tech team was able to resolve the problem, which I appreciated.

During this incident, I had an interaction with a customer support agent named M** who was quite helpful and understanding. While I was frustrated with the issue, M** remained calm and professional throughout our interaction. It was clear that he had experience with trading and understood my concerns.

Overall, I would recommend Azaforex to others looking for a reliable broker. While they may not be perfect, their customer support and honest brokerage service are definitely highlights.

I approached AZAForex with the same amount of skepticism I would any other broker I am not familiar with -- and was pleased to see their calm and rational responses. They were able to provide me with sufficient answers -- whereas other brokers would likely get arrogant at the slightest sight of confrontation. I expect nothing less than an adequate amount of respect, and AZAForex hasn't let me down. In fact, their support is very personalized to your needs -- fast, diligent and patient.

It's great to see an extensive availability of trading instruments and assets. As a binary options trader, I appreciate the "American" option in particular. It lets me trade without worrying about spreads. The Mobius Platform they utilize is packed with features; I'm surprised I haven't encountered it before. The majority of the time, I feel that the platform is there to co-operate with me -- not make my business more difficult. This is obvious by the static (quite high) payouts, the wide array of expiry times, indicators; as well as the fact that the platform does not even have the technical mechanism for interfering with clients' trades. Should you encounter issues with the platform (I recently messed up the chart colors!) -- the AZAForex team quickly look into it and resolve it.

AZAForex continue to impress with daily trade analyses, which although I have not tried yet, seem thorough. It's obvious that they prioritize clients' personal integrity and privacy. Since they're operated off-shore, there's no limits to this pursuit. The location grants them the luxury of supporting clients from all countries, as well as not requiring ID verification. This lets you stay anonymous, should you choose to.

My experience with AZAForex has been pleasant. I'd like to emphasize that I have not yet attempted a withdrawal. Therefore I'm giving the highest rating I'm comfortable with at this point: 4 stars. Once I've started making profit and withdrawn, I will either update my review or make a new one. I will potentially start a PAMM account, through which other investors can co-operate with me in yielding profit from my trades. That's just one of several other things I haven't had time to mention! Packed with features, support, and privacy -- AZAForex is a great choice for my needs.

Случайно нашел Аза форекс и решил потестить их терминал мобиус. На удивление, он оказался гораздо быстрее и удобнее, чем МТ4. Кстати, удобно, что можно юзать их веб версию без заморочек с установкой. Я предпочитаю торговать во время новостей и теперь я могу видеть все экономические события прямо на графике в реал тайме. Проскальзываний и задержек пока не заметил, но может быть пока. Поддержка есть и на русском языке, отвечали воплне быстро и адекватно. Единственное, что не очень удобно, так это то, что роботы от МТ4 не работают на мобиусе. В целом, доволен на твердую 4 из 5.
