Fastweb

This is a disgusting website, because they prey on on some pretty vulnerable people- poor students, many of whom may not qualify for other means of aid (because they have income) or who's aid just doesn't cut it because the cost of tuition and everything else is too much, even with some type of income! Their scholarships are not real and are just a way to get your information and send you trash spam emails. Stay away!

The site might be free thanks to all the advertising (and it's certainly up to the individual to further investigate any scholarship offers) but I've found that after applying for a scholarship through their site I then receive a lot of unwanted, junk emails, some of them pornographic in nature. Also, the description of what Fastweb posts has been different than what the actual scholarship site lists. Deadlines aren't always accurate where the scholarship site will refuse access a day or more before the posted deadline. I don't believe Fastweb is a scam but I do feel some of the scholarships are bogus and use Fastweb to further their agendas.

As a parent I've used Fastweb to explore various kinds of scholarships that my children could be eligible for. I found a very broad collection of scholarship resources and a lot of information behind the requirements for them. The only concern I'd have for the website is that many scholarships that are given out by colleges that one is already considered for when applying for one at that institution, are there which makes for some unnecessary bulking up of the list of scholarships. It makes it harder to dig through all of the other scholarships that one would apply for, especially organizations outside of academia. It takes a long time to search through because of the number of resources that they list, but it's still time well spent.

I have recently been looking into a lot of scholarships. Fastweb is a good way to do that. They show you ads, but that is how they stay free. They let you share or not share as much as you want. You can turn off announcements and emails, and they really do turn off if you do so. They are not a scam site and they give away information on avoiding scams. While I have not gotten a scholarship yet, I have gotten several good links through them for ones I have applied to and others that I could apply to. That means they do what they say they do. I just don't give them a 5 because the interface could be a little nice and it would be good if they had a way for you to mark the ones that you already applied to.

I want to port my number to Fastweb, they told me yes we could do it and they told me it takes 3 to 4 days to activate and port. The problem is they give me a new sim and the number portability didn't work. I go to them every 3 days and they take all the documents every time I go they don't know how to work and they don't know who is responsible if they had an issue, it has been almost a month until now they didn't do anything and they say we don't know. This is how a FASTWEB network works. Strongly Recommend every person who reads this that never go to FastWeb. Novara place

Very bed quality internet with lot of lags and no possibility to overcome the problem.
1 extra GB if you finish the offer cost you 6 euros in 2023 which is absurd.

THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN.

I just have no words for how this company is working. I did a request for the home internet 26 of June and they put the appointment to come at 3rd of AUGUST. All calls to them are 25 minutes waiting on the line and 10 euros for each call since you need to PAY TO CALL TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

They said that there is a problem with my request and they cannot do anything. I waited 5 WEEKS without wifi. Do you think they came on 3rd of August? Of course not! No call, no messages - nothing. I waited the whole day at home to have zero result!

Somehow in the app, it appeared that I could book on Monday at 8:30 a.m. Wow, thanks. I booked.
They called 2 hours later and said that they couldn't come on Monday at 8:30 and could only come at 14:30.
These people just have zero respect to their clients. ABSOLUTELY ZERO.

The guy came today to do a line. You think he brought the router? OF COURSE NOT.
Now in the app, it appears that I need to wait 4 MORE DAYS! TO RECEIVE A ROUTER. Are you even serious?
So I again need to sit at home the whole day and wait for the miracle that the router will come.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PROVIDER!
They don't care at all about their clients or making them happy.

The worst experience of my life with the internet.
I'm still waiting for this router just because I don't have the time and energy to do it again with another provider.
