This gentleman was beyond expectation. As I am deaf asked him to repeat the details N number of times. He was patient, polite & helpful at every stage. Booked me a ticket traveling with the least time & price available. Kudos Brice, thanks Exploretrip for having such a professional.

At the very beginning, i was wondering whether it's reliable to book on exploretrip but after purchasing two air tickets, i confirmed they are wonderful. The website is somehow different style from other online agency, however, the instruction is really helpful indicating me how to fill in information and save money by exploretrip.

Having broad look at all online travel agencies I found exploretrip as one of the useful site to book flight tickets. I booked round trip tickets with them and saved almost $225 felt very happy with their support team with some good answers.

I sometimes wonder if reviewers are real with so many diverse experiences. A multi city ticket from Texas to Perth and return to JFK was $600 less than any other site including Virgin Australia site. I felt my CC company could protect me if there were hidden fees later. Great experience. First confirmation email within 10 min with Exploretrip confirmation number. About 20 min later an email with VA confirmation number. At first didn't see it so called company. Took 2 tries to get an answer. But she was nice, gave me confirmation VA code and waited while I went on site to verify. Also, while on VA could choose my seats and despite low cost of ticket could pay for economy plus seat. With what I saved, bought for long flights and was still almost $300 below VA cost. So am feeling confident about company. As long as you know what you want, explore cost and can do your own seats later, you should be fine.

Exploretrip was indeed cheaper than most of the other fares online. The online booking is easy and direct. And you also get notification emails promptly. I had a few questions and I called their customer service which was super efficient, no long waiting queues, plus they were extremely helpful!

I booked a ticket for my father-in-law to return home from USA back to Italy and because he's deaf/mute, I needed to add special assistance to the booking. It turned out to be a complicated process, but long story short is that the customer service rep with Explore Trip was very helpful, even joined a 3-way call with the airline company to help explain the situation. The flight is next week, so this rating is particularly about the customer service I received from the rep, (Phillip?) - and the price was great as well. Hoping all goes smoothly with the flight itself!

I booked my husbands trip to Jamaica and it was excellent. Because my husband has medical issues and was travelling alone he needed a direct flight. You were able to come up with that service. We were pleased. I had to call and request an isle seat near the washroom the airline charged me an extra $40.00 dollars. Thankyou exploretrip.

I've used this site twice now. I had an issue buying a ticket for my first trip but the customer service rep who assisted me was able to straighten everything out for me. I automatically check here first before I look for tickets anywhere else. On my second booking it was smooth sailing.
