I purchased a samsung s8 screen from esource. When I recieved it, the frame around it had clearly been used and was scratched. I sent it back and requested a new one. The second one I recieved was in the same obviously used condition.

I asked them to just please send a new screen, I didn't even want the frame. When they recieved the second used screen and frame back from me they just refunded the purchase and told me it was sold as refurbished and it was my own fault for buying it.

I read through the description which is currently online and it very clearly states "ALL NEW" in multiple bullet points about the product.

They have crappy products, they aren't accurate with thier descriptions online, and their customer service in the end just sucks. They try to pass used stuff off as new and hope you don't notice.

Definitely go elsewhere. They wasted a disgusting amount of my time.

My part was defective and they were quick to return my email. I contacted them the day i recieved my item. I decided to stop by the following day and bring the part in over shipping it back and waiting. They were very curtious and had a replacement for me right on the spot. My phone works great now Thanks guys!
