There is a reason EONON's warranty is only two months - even if you buy direct.
I experienced issues at the moment of install, and yes, they tried to help. But as soon as the 60 days were up, and the same issues persisted, I was informed that I was not eligible for a replacement head unit unless I paid. The issue is hardware and not software. Don't be fooled.

They advised me that the item would work with my hardware but when it didn't they would not give me a refund.
Very poor customer service compared to Amazon where I should have purchased it in the first place.
The unit installed in my 2007 Honda Accord had an unfortunate impact on the performance of the front air vents. Unfortunately, I didn't realize this issue until several months later, during the summer season when I desperately needed efficient cooling. I was left constantly overheating because the air was not blowing forward as it used to.
I ended up spending a significant amount of money on troubleshooting, mistakenly assuming that the problem lay with my car itself. It was only when I decided to reinstall the factory head unit that I discovered the root of the issue – everything started working perfectly again!
I reached out to their customer support, and they initially appeared willing to assist, assuring me that someone would contact me. Regrettably, this promise remained unfulfilled, and my subsequent emails were met with nothing but silence.
Given my frustrating experience and lack of support from this company, I strongly recommend steering clear of them at all costs!
Horrible products and even worse customer support and service. I have GA5166x that has no sound! I have to disconnect all power every few weeks to get it to reset. Customer support is only chat or email from China with poor English. No phone support. Not supporting thier warranty. Sent wrong system password. Sent me older, not newer update file, etc... They sell the older O/S and models as new. Best Buy install gurus will not touch these units. Do not buy, run. Walt & Martha Johnson
My unit was bought last August, started having problems with dead zones on screen and unit doing really random things i.e. Changing screens, volume and radio. I contacted eonon and the vendor top perfect electronics in April, one month later they agreed unit needed sending back. Now in August and contacted Amazon instead stating that in accordance with UK law vender is responsible for return within first year of warranty, thankfully Amazon are better than Eonon and Top Perfect and acted quickly to give me a full refund.
Please do not get involved with either of these as they will not and do not honour the warranty, just give you the run around bouncing you back and forth between them.
Poor quality unit and absolute sham warranty
I have used eonon head units on many cars I've had over the years. Before they used to have decent value units, but recently their android units are full of very useless features which make them slow, however the biggest issue is their customer service. My current unit I bought and it had many issues, they always respond but never give good advice and you need to search forums for help. The last straw was a update they did for the android auto connection, which bricked it's use causing very bad screen resolution where nothing is readable. After reaching out to them they ran me around in circles for days stating same useless information over and over, to come back in the end saying the unit must be broken, too bad. Yes the software is broken, the update broke its usability and a simple rollback would fix it but it's useless dealing with a company that breaks it's own product after you buy it. I have video but cannot upload as it shows error
Purchased 2nd unit from them after 1st unit failed outside warranty. They offered me 20% discount on 2nd unit purchased on 02/06/2022 and now this unit has failed in warrant they are telling me my warrant is backdated to purchase date of 1st unit so apparently my warranty expired in November 2022 because they gave me a discount on my second unit. Bought the unit, it is not powering on. Customer service have been out due to national China day holiday for 4 days. I called them today, they are out due to weekend. Bunch of idiots who don't read or understand English. I keep telling them that I have 12V going to the unit and still not powering up, all fuses are good. They want to send me a wiring harness. I am tired of messing with these people. Save yourself the headache and by something in US so it can be returned in case. DON'T WASTE YOU MONEY.
I've just installed the Eonon D5168 in my 2007 Nissan Versa Hatchback. Installing seemed to be very simple and just took around thirty minutes. That it was only a matter of removing the dashboard panel, taking out the manufacturing radio, mounting this manufacturing bracket towards the brand new stereo, installing the new stereo, and connecting it to the wiring harness. Everything was obviously a direct fit. No modifications or custom installation is necessary.
And for all the quick answers and all the help I received when i got stuck. I recommend this site if you find something you like! I am very pleased with the product I orderd.
Purchased a unit from them that would not power up! Customer service would not get back my money (or even get back with me) had to contact paypal and pay unbelievable shipping cost to send it back to China.
Answer: They are a livid company with a bad to no customer service. You can never get a hold of them by phone. They respond to you by email only and when they do, you mind as well forget about all previous emails because they suggest something that you tried few emails ago. Either they are real stupid or lack the understanding of the English language.
