They Providing Roku customer service and give gudie to activate roku. First of all, you've to make sure that the Roku.com/link player is linked directly to the television. When the TV is linked with the AVR or the sound bar, you can disconnect it in the first place and connect it back to the TV. If you notice any hassle with the sound bar, it is very simple to troubleshoot
After this, ensure that the TV is turned on and push a button on the Roku.com/link remote control to confirm that the device is not in a standby mode
