Elitefts.com has thousands of articles and other educational items (books, ebooks, an exercise video-library, a "ask your question" page, etc) from reputable sources about strength training, most of them free (no subscription or membership needed). The store has the best equipment to outfit from a modest home gym to a college weight room.
I left this review on EliteFTS website with a 1 star review for their "shoulder saver pads", so highly doubt their moderation will approve it.
Did not fit over my Rogue power bar and EliteFTS refused my return stating it's damaged on the inside. Yes my bar's knurling left a visible mark trying to fit it over the bar, that's a problem with your product and not me. Maybe this would work with a smaller diameter bar with no knurling like a deadlift bar? Would have been nice to know before"ruining" it and making it non returnable. Now I'm out the cost of the product and return shipping and their customer service wouldn't even respond to me. Thankfully I already have the only specialty items I want that are exclusive to EliteFTS, so I can do all of my shopping elsewhere from now on. Plenty of better companies to deal with.
While I would hate to add to her workload after asking specifically for Ronda and talking to her, she gave me multiple possible resolutions to the issue and helped me out.
I personally won't hold the shipping delays against them since this is happening during COVID-19 (original order was at the height of the pandemic).
Great place to order from if you want to get your order in 3.5 months, even when they agree to cancel the order and promise a refund by the 3rd month of waiting.
I ordered a bar and 6 total plates (pair of 45s, 25s and 10s). It took them 1.5 months to ship the bar. 3 months later I call them (after many, many tickets and requests for a refund), asked for a refund, they said they will go ahead, cancel it and refund me.
Knowing that it's cancelled I go ahead and grab weights from somewhere else. After I have already bought the weights from somewhere else, I end up getting the plates from EliteFTS that I ordered over 3.5 months ago. I gave them a call and they claim they never received the refund request and if I want to return them I'm supposed to pay for shipping of 160lbs worth of plates.
They also lie in their tickets, I got a copy-pasted response from 2 weeks ago that claimed my order will ship in 2 weeks. They then also deleted one of the tickets where I said I'd file a FTC complaint.
I started to use this belt on April and since the moment of use it, I notice a brown color coming out from the belt, I continue using It until I got stains on my t-shirt, but the situation got really worse ruining my outfit. In summer the rivets got rust and stain the belt and clolthes as well. The belt became a fountain of rust and brown tan color coming out every time I work out. I sent pictures to elitefts about this issue so, in compensation, They replied telling me about to send me 2 t-shirts that I never received. I wrote again requesting to change the belt, I supose it has a guarantee but, They answered all belts receive the same treat, now I am looking a way to fix the belt in a leather goods store. I am really disappointed with this brand and the customer service because It is a $100 belt, furthermore I got potenza belt from Amazon which is cheaper and I haven't gotten any problem with that belt. Definitely I do not recommend this product and looks like the customer service and the warranty don't help too much. Besides Their web page didn't allow me to do this review with a bad rating, for that reason I did it here.
