I've been using Edureka for around 8 years now and have done two trainings — Informatica and DevOps. Both were solid. The instructors are experienced and explain things really well. My DevOps trainer was an architect with 20+ years of experience and made sure no one left with doubts, even if they were from previous classes. I liked that the focus was on hands-on learning, not just theory. The course material was good, and they also give you prerequisite content which helps. I had to miss a few classes once, and since I didn't want to go with just recordings, they shifted me to a new batch without any fuss — that was super helpful. Support is there if you need it, but in live classes, the instructor usually handles all your questions. Overall, a great experience — helped me build confidence and crack interviews too.

Terrible experience with Edureka's Security+ course. I enrolled expecting live, interactive training, but was pushed to use pre-recorded videos—definitely not what was promised. The training was inconsistent, with multiple trainers dropping out mid-batch, and no proper schedule maintained since February. To make things worse, they provided a CompTIA voucher that had already been used! When I requested support, they refused to extend the course validity or take accountability for the situation. I'm a homemaker and borrowed money to pay for this course, trusting Edureka's reputation. Now I feel cheated. No transparency, no proper resolution, and zero professionalism. Extremely disappointing. I won't recommend Edureka to anyone looking for serious upskilling or certification training. Think twice before you enroll
