I have been using Udacity for about two years and believe it is a great resource for those who are looking for a good learning experience. Udacity covers topics in the areas of Math, Science, Computer Science, and Business; Some courses even offer college credit although to receive credit payment is required. The also provide a discussion area where you can communicate with other people who are taking the same course, allowing you to ask questions or help others. Udacity is definitely something that will benefit everyone.
The lessons are terrible, and shabbily put together, you have better luck just using pluralsight, udemy or youtube. Its been a terrible experience and I regret putting money into this horrible program! The mentors do not offer real help and the courseware is terrible, the projects have nothing to do with the courseware so you are unprepared.
It is impossible to get support when you need it. They will do anything in their power to sabotage your time in the course. Udacity made an error in their project submission process. Instead of fixing or taking accountability they will give you the run around. You can not speak to any one. Stay away from this company. There statement on the website are not true and they do not honor their word.
One of the best resources to learn coding at home. The variety of free courses makes it possible to try before purchase a paid course.
The price is too high. The quality is great but the price is a downside. I recommend it is for beginners and need helps from tutors.
