I asked to cancel my subscription after viewing a couple if vids and realising that a round pen was an absolute necessity to move forward with this training as per what the woman kept reiterating... i contacted them a day or 2 after i had subscribed and before my credit card had been charged to let them know that i did not have a round pen & couldn't afford to buy one atm... 24 hours later my payment was deducted and then a couple of hours after that i got a reply telling me that no more monies would be deducted from my account?! I paid for a one time subscription so i guess that means tough titties you're not getting your money back :(( not impressed as this is totally opposed to what they state when you first join! Not to mention the fact that a lot of the vids are actually from other trainers which you can access for free on youtube. Learn from my mistake people... dont do it :(

They offer a free DVD you pay for the post and packaging. Once they have your Visa details they take money from your account without your permission.

Update 07/25/2011: I have had my money returned from EasyHorseTraining.com with a very big apology and the correspondence I have had with them was very positive and enjoyable, I hope indeed that they will be transparent in their subscription to The Exclusive Club, and not allow any other confusion to take place through the 'free DVD'.
