They automatically included an extremely overpriced insurance policy with your ticket and make it easy to miss during your purchase. It added 15% to the price of the ticket. They won't refund the insurance policy voucher even if it is long before your trip. It is a dishonest and unethical business practice purposefully designed to rip you off.

If you look at the fineprint other insurance policies you might hold take precedence. I purchased the ticket with a Visa card that includes $500,000 of insurance automatically versus the paltry $12,000 from the included policy. If you have any type of travel health insurance you also don't have a need for their overpriced policy.

There are other better companies to book a bus ticket with.

Easybook and Billion Stars Express is a big Scam! Please book your ticket directly to the bus company app. Still waiting for the RM376 refund for the bus ride from Malaysia to Singapore which we booked and didn't happened because there was not bus arrived at the pick up point.

I bought Rm$200 voucher but cannot redeem when I buying a one way ticket from KL to SG via Super Nice on 9th Dec. Being trying to seek help from the helpline but never able to get a meaningful reply onetime. My advice is DO NOT believe on this at all. I end up paying for worthless voucher!

Cheaters and liars.
They move the Plusliner bus evening slot to night slot and they ask me to take bus on night slot. I don't like to travel alone at night hence I request to cancel and refund me.
They stated, they will refund to my original payment method but they did not even refund me at all.
It's been months, I contact the Plusliner agent that whatsapp me and also I try contact easybook via whatsapp and email, no respond.
Worst customer service and worst management.
