I've been trying to order 2 names worth of letters from this company in different sizes. After 4 total ordering experiences, the only order that was recieved correctly were individual letter RE-ORDERS to complete past orders mistakes. Customer service has gotten back to me once after 20 different attempts to rectify past orders. Shipping is slow and outrageously expensive. Too bad because they have the selection that I want, but its not worth the extra money spent to get the orders corrected.

This is by far the worst website. They sent me half my order via post (envelope) and charged me for UPS 3 day ground and i got it a week and a half late, then i get my order and they only gave me half of it. When i complained i got an email call me a Go*damn cheap because he messed up on my order and i wanted a refund.

Rude and unprofessional

It took Eastern Lettering in South Hill, VA over 3 weeks to deliver my order of four jersey numbers. That was it, four numbers.

To top things off, I only got three of my four ordered numbers that I paid for. I ordered pro style numbers, and I didn't get what they advertised. I did not get Pro style numbers. When I told them by email what I wanted in order to resolve my issue, I was responded to very rudely and unprofessionally, because I said "What will you do?" In addition, was never afforded of the name of the "sales" representative that was responding to my emails.

I was just anonymously replied to, with complete disregard of their screw up of my order.

WOW! Is all I have to say here, they do not know how to deal with customers or offer customer service. I wonder how they stay in business?

Unprofessional, and ignorant. This is a company that sells cloth lettering. Their refund policy was cut and pasted from another website they found at random, discussing the returns of DVDs, computer Software, Intimates and perishable items. THEY DON'T sell those items.

3rd time my softball team has gotten jerseys from these guys. They are inexpensive, yet very nice. Other teams have gotten on board too. GREAT JOB!
