Mr Andy Jiang, sales manager of zhengzhou dynastyle garments & accessories is a real crook. He completed wasted my time and confiscated my prototypes. He promised to finish my samples in two weeks and after i paid him he didnt do any samples. I spent weeks after weeks in negotiation and still no samples after 13 weeks. Finally I asked him for my money back as well as my original samples that were sent to him as prototypes, he refused. Luckily, I used PayPal and I was able to get my money back but he still refused to send my prototypes. I found a new company that made my samples in less than two weeks (8 samples). So alibaba is not all that bad, but I would definitely recommend to stay away from this crook Andy Jiang
