SCAM artists. You pay but it doesn't completely fix anything and support says they have no record

SCAM ARTISTS. You pay but it doesn't completely fix anything and when you contact SUPPORT they act like they have no record of you and basically ignore you. They don't seem to have a home office so you can't report them to the Better Business Bureau like most companies.
