With attendance relatively low during the summer months, we took one Sunday service and turned it into a "Service Sunday." We purchased and pre-staged a variety of hospitality-size hygiene items (soaps, toothpaste, deoderant, razors, etc.) and assembled "necessary bags" that members can take in their cars and distribute to the homeless vet at the intersection, the family huddled together outside Walmart, etc. Members are encouraged to supplement the bag with other items that might be helpful such as granola or protein bars, shelf-stable shakes (i. E. Ensure), socks, washclothes, etc.
Easy to order from the website.
Helpful staff.
Pleased with the product-- it was better than described!
Customer service re have a great understanding of the products we need. Keep us informed about new products
Our community had a donation drive for back to school supplies. We chose to donate the 3-prong, 2 pocket folders that were in the donation list. Dollar Days had a great bulk buy on 100 folders. It made a great donation.
Ordered dental floss and it came - blah blah blah blah blah blah
My representative took care of my order very promptly and professionally. He is very nice and courteous every time so talk to him.
Their use of off name brand products helps them to achieve low prices. A very good value for the price.
Bulk prices are a necessity for non-profit shower program for homeless individuals. Dollar Days has good products at affordable prices.
Good prices, fast quotes and items always in time, great customer services.
Wonderful experience. Fast, easy, and reliable customer service!
I'm in charge of an annual back-to-school supply project for foster kids and school guidance departments.
As soon as I log in to Dollar Days to begin searching for items for my next project, our sales Rep, Joe Pearson is reaching out willing to assist in our planning phase of our projects and purchasing. Always willing to provide guidance and suggestions, not pushy--but very helpful. Website is easy to use. Prices are great. And Dollar Days is willing to work with you to make the best available to us at all times.
Luis was wonderful to work with his follow up is awesome a true professional he was willing to work with me to make this non-profit back to school project a huge success. Definitely going to be doing business again.
I order from Dollar Days to supply large science kits for afterschool programming. My experience is always positive and my CSR, George, is very helpful. I will continue to order from here!
I had to make an account to add items to my cart and when I left the items in my cart, I got two phone calls within an hour looking to "check in on me", and then emails every day and phone calls from my "Account Manager" every other day trying to get me to talk on the phone about their offers and the items in my cart. I decided to buy from a different rep because of shipping time and I cannot believe the hoops ive had to jump through to get my name off the lists of emails and calls
We bought 2 boxes of tapes last month. And we found they are not sticky. The product quality is just so bad. When we put tape on boxes, the tape came up. As shown in pic, this is best situation of this tape. Only a portion of it came up. The worst case scenario is that we have to retape everything in the USPS station.
Because we had used one tape, I don't want to spend time to go through all the hassle.
Ordered 100 units of their 50 Pack masks for $83-$84 and they sent me 2 boxes of 50 saying that's the 100 units... Not wholesale/bulk at all and I could've bought a box of 100 masks at retail for about $17-$20. The image in the item description was that of a whole box that stated 50 masks. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone or ever do business with them again because of this. They're quality of shipping was horrible and they sent me the 2 boxes of mask in a Trash can liner box.
I experienced great customer service, but Yuri Ontiveros was really rude and deceptive. Like she was accusing me of identity theft. So I have not been able to place my order and my money is in the electronic hemisphere. However, since customer service was so nice and I really need the items I am going to attempt to make this work. Her attitude was accusatory, unprofessional, and hurtful to business
Ordered one case of mascara for a non-profit initiative with a timely delivery expectation. Placed order on 4/16 and was told it would be a five day turnaround. Seven days later, the order was still in a "pending status" - Three phone calls to Customer Service, three promises of finding out what is delaying order, not one returned promised phone call. All three indicated "our shipping department is not answering the telephone, so we don't know what is holding up your order" - Incredible as it sounds, it is true! What does it take to remove one case from the shelf, put on a label, and ship it out - From New Jersey to CT, it would be a one day delivery. I am sure a company of this size, doesn't have one overworked shipper who can't answer the phone! I will never use this company again!
Answer: Everything is shipped by UpS, FedEx or freight carrier meaning it only moves Monday - Friday. All the various items Ive looked over leave the warehouse within 2-3 business days. I would say an estimate on delivery for a shipment would be 7-10 days after the order was placed.
Answer: Sorry they dont. On their shipping areas its the lower 48 states and cant ship internationally because of all their deliveries are made by a freight truck. This is confusing to me because I actually work customer service for Canada for Amazon and thats how all the products get into Canada on s large freight truck. Mayb Im missing something in their policy
