TCS very low quality courier services and also TCS Gujrat riders manager all cheating peoples. They not delivered and fake status update every time ( unsuccessful delivery attempts totally fake) try to cheating with customers. I contact daraz and TCS both supports. Almost 10+ days waiting but still not resolved or not refund my payments. Fruad ecommerce website daraz.pk
Daraz is probably the biggest online scam in pakistan. Just got defrauded of my refund. No phone no to call or email to write.

I ordered Hydrating Serum, and got a Clarifying Serum. First of all, Daraz must check label on boxes match the site. The customers on the site show different packing for all customers with clear glass bottles. Some had label of Acid hydrating serum. Mine was semi opaque bottle and not a standard product for a single item. The return was approved and the headache starts there. I live in DHA2 Islamabad. Daraz does not tell us where to return and shifts responsibility to Leopards Courier which does not respond to telephone calls. Even Daraz has no email or text to extend help even after we call their helpline. Helplines dont offer any service except pls call Leopards.? We did not buy from Leopards? All the no response due to weekend 2 days and 9th 10th Muharram, the 5 days return period is totally unjustified.
I've recently had several Daraz orders arrive significantly later than promised. And someone are still waiting for more than month. Unfortunately, registering complaints through their standard channels (calls or emails) seems frustratingly difficult. Even the AI chat support appears designed to deflect attempts to register issues.
To add to the confusion, the tracking IDs list PK-DEX (Dreamco Express Pakistan) as the courier. However, based on my research, they don't handle Daraz deliveries. This inconsistency raises serious concerns about Daraz's transparency and commitment to customer service.
Given these repeated issues, I'm left wondering if Daraz is prioritizing efficiency over customer satisfaction. While on-time delivery is important, a seamless complaint resolution process is equally crucial for building trust. I urge Daraz to address these concerns before they erode customer confidence.
1). I put money in Daraz Wallet a few months ago. There were over 500 rupees in Daraz Wallet. For a while, I did not shop on Daraz. Today, I checked my Daraz Wallet, and there are only 32 rupees left.
2). Their promotiional campaigns are also fraud. For example, you play One Rupee Game for over 10 days. You paid them 10 rupees, and don't win. Over next several months they'll return you random amount e.g. 5 to 6 rupees out of 10. Which means, they're snatching money from millions of customers playing such games.
3). Now as they've stolen my money from Daraz wallet, none of new orders are going through. Sellers don't receive my orders, and ultimately I've to cancel after few weeks.
4). Daraz Customer Suupport sucks, they never help you on you issue. They just respond with generic premade response, and never help resolve your issues.
I had a very bad and unprofessional experience with daraz. I ordered something a month ago and I still haven't recieved my order and there has been no contact from seller. Delivery drivers are very rude they called to say they are near my house to deliver and we gave directions how to get to our house but rider refused to come deliver my order and said he's too busy. Never order from daraz app again very unprofessional.
If I could give Daraz zero stars, I would. This company epitomizes everything wrong with online shopping. Their incompetence knows no bounds, and their disregard for customer satisfaction is downright appalling.
I made it abundantly clear, FOUR times, that I needed my parcel delivered by a specific date due to my house shifting. Despite this, Daraz failed spectacularly to meet this simple request. The vendor submitted the parcel on time, yet Daraz managed to botch the delivery process entirely.
Their excuses are as pathetic as their service. They squandered ample time and left me high and dry without my belongings. This level of negligence is inexcusable and has caused me immense inconvenience and stress.
Consider this review a public service announcement: steer clear of Daraz if you value your time, money, and sanity. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for their customers' needs is beyond reprehensible.
I demand accountability and compensation for their failure to deliver as promised. Furthermore, I implore anyone reading this to think twice before entrusting Daraz with their hard-earned money.

The site is amazing to shop it has many vendor and you can choose from a variety of goods available.
The only problem which I feel is some vendor don't deliver upto the mark or quality is compromised, but they are only 10% in total.
Daraz is Fraud Gets Withdraw refund amount into their own HBL Bank accounts (pre- entered into customer wallet) and does not share complete account title and number to the victimized customer. This is all bul$#*! they are doing
