Discountsurgical.com advertised that it would meet the lowest price on-line. When I found stockings offered by another on-line company at a significantly lower rate (20+dollars less) and asked to be credited that amount, Discountsurgical said they could only give me a store credit. I expressed my extreme dissatisfaction in their follow-up survey, so they ultimately refunded me the difference on my credit card. It took 6 days for my order to get to me, only to discover that one of the two items had been back ordered with no prior notice. The missing item was the one I needed most. Because there was no prior notification the item was on back order, I was given no opportunity to make a different choice or buy elsewhere. That meant I was stuck 6 days later without the needed item and no time to get it when needed. I highly recommend that you don't use this company.

I rarely write negative reviews, but this time I have to. This company had a great selection and I ordered a pair of compression hose 2 weeks before a surgical procedure for which they were required. I received 2 emails from DiscountSurgical, thanking me for my order and letting me know that I'd get a tracking number when they shipped. 4 days before my procedure I called them and was told that the stockings were backordered 2 to 3 weeks out and that I should have been notified via email (maybe I was supposed to wonder why they sent me two emails thanking me for my order?
I asked if they would let me select another brand of stocking and if they would expedite delivery so I would get them on time. Customer service refused to cover expedited shipping. My solution? To get a refund, order from another site, pay expedited shipping myself and write this review. I imagine they stock great products, but customer service sucks.

Purchased 20-30 mmHg leggings. Compression in legs were ok but top part had none. Constantly falling down and slipping off waist.
Will not order again.
