I write this review on 2/4 or 15 business days since I placed an order on 1/15. Their delivery policy is 3-10 business days for free delivery. So I should have received my filters between 1/20 - 1/29. According to their order tracking system, it's been at a processing facility since 1/25 with no further update. So I called customer service today and they said it was probably lost. They offered to ship via FedEx Ground which would take another 2-3 business days or middle of next week. When I asked if they would offer any discount for the delays, they said no. Upset, I decided to cancel the order, and purchase my filters elsewhere because I don't feel I should have to wait a min of 18 business days (25 total days). Very disappointed. Would not recommend.
Ordered filters from them in the spring with no issues.
They sent an email to reorder in the fall.
When you click the link the cost is now $135.17 which is very very high.
If you search for the same product number it sells for $89.00 on their site!
Basically trying to make a quick buck off people who don't pay attention.
I like how my purchase history makes it so easy to re-order. My first order was easy to fill because I used this website together with my product information manual. Prices are comparable and usually beat the competition.

I ordered a 3 pack of water filters for my refrigerator. The postman brought an empty, cushioned envelope. The envelope was the type that has to be sealed on both sides, it was never sealed, and of course, my $50 worth of filters were gone. I immediately emailed the company and never received a reply. Very poor business practice.
Web link says one price then another price after you open the link. Price was "$$" for two filters then went to check out and price was more than double. Called discount filter said you need to read the fine print. No need as I will advise everyone to avoid this fine print scam.
After my first review where I complained about the return procedure, I got label and was able to return the filters which didn't fit. I had already ordered the correct filters but never got any credit or refund that I can discover.

Have been purchasing Range Hood filters from this website for the past 2 years.Prices are the best and the carbon range hood filters are the best.The carbon filters comes in 2 pack and 6 pack,the product quality is so good. The carbon filters does not need to be changed every 6 months and stays clean. Best website to purchase HVAC filters too,sign up for emails where you will get deal alerts.
Ordered 4 Pentair pool filters. These filters are difficult to get mid-summer in California. Talked to customer service to make sure the replacement filter model was correct. Very helpful. Box arrived in about 4 days with no problems. The price and performance are excellent.

Excellent company with outstanding customer support! I ordered the wrong filters for my Aprilaire system mentioning that I should have ordered filters for a 2200. I submitted a return request expecting to get a return label then I was going to order the correct filters. I received an a email to keep the filters (donate to someone) and that the correct filters were being shipped at no charge! Unbelievable! Telling everyone I know to check the site for all their filters!
