I ordered a PS VR2 headset bundle with 1 game $650 total. The ship to address was different than the bill to address for this order. It was a gift for my grandson's birthday. They shipped the order to the bill to address. Then there is no phone number for customer support. All I could find was a chat bot at 'www.playstation.com/en-us/support/direct-playstation-support' which was absolutely no help. I can't return the product. They won't give me a prepaid shipping label to the correct address. Absolutely no customer support at all.

At least I ordered the gift 1 month early and I did receive the product. I guess I will go the the UPS store tomorrow and ship it myself for another $100 estimated cost. This really sucks!

You might think that a company like Sony would have better customer support than this. It is not going to happen. I will never order anything from direct.playstation.com again!
