They marked my bracelet down by 400$ for prime day two days after I'd received it. When I asked for the discount to be applied I got the runaround from customer services, who claimed I'd purchased a much cheaper item. I sent a pic of my order page for proof and never heard a word back.

I am overall very happy with Agape. However, the tennis bracelet I purchased earlier had a loose clasp on it. Rather than send it back I took it to a local jeweler who fixed the clasp.
