What a scam. They are charging $25 shipping for refunded and exchanged items. If you got the wrong size ring or a defective product they will charge you $25 if the order is under $300 to send it to them, and also $25 to send back to you once they exchange or fix it. Absolute highway robbery. I explained to them that charging $50 for shipping for an item that is $150 is not reasonable, but they refused to compromise.
This is the invoice breakdown given by these scammers and clearly anyone can see that wrong calculations have been done. Scammers working are so shameless and hopeless than they only send automated emails. This site is run by illiterates who cannot even do calculations properly. BEWARE OF THESE FRAUDSTERS
I bought managalsutra just a month back in Diwali For my daughter I clearly asked for 20 inches mangalsutra she gave me 17 inch when my daughter wore itit was tight immediately when i came to know i rushed to Store and asked for exchange( it was unused) they told me that they will deduct 10% inches mangalsutra exchange so I asked for return where also staff made false commitment.
The item which i bought was costed ***** and the return amount which i god after 6 days is just 20k? I mean what is this within one month unused item got depreciated by *****/-? Are you people fooling customers

At the Caratline Civic centre branch in Delhi, we exchanged some old jewelry and picked up several new pieces. When it came to entering the deal in their computer software it was a disaster. They could not manage their own sale system to account for the buying of gold and selling of jewellery because the system cannot accept different carats! Finally we learnt that their sale registration can only take 10 items max per invoice. So multiple bills required (penalizing us for buying too many ornaments). However it must be said that 5+ members who spent time to overcome their software issues did their best. A store handicapped by poor software and / or training in its use.

I have been dealing with Caratlane from last 2-3 years now...but the service i got this time was super pathetic.
They have kept my diamond bracelet and its been more than 15 days now till now i have not got the exchange...they send me the message that the replacement item is out of delivery but that delivery never happened...I am chasing them on daily basis but all in vain.

These are too tiny comparatively from the pic and price is double than from different places and they say that these and somexxxx class diamonds but these are not. I don't recommend this site. Also when I tried to take push for the back it's broke really I wasted my money….😡🤬🤬🤬
In the site by seeing pic I was like wow but these are not worth and these look like fake we can get better in claires 😀😀😀😀

I generally like Caratlane for their sleek and attractive designs. Recently, I am more flattered with their prompt and amazing customer service. I had a couple of issues different times, they got them fixed as a coverage under warranty. And this time, they also did a price adjustment (after purchase) just because I found another coupon (same day) that could save me better.
